NRO Neo 26.08.31 (Uprising Release)

Summary of Changes

With the release of Uprising, it is now available in the NRO Neo format, and cards from it must be added to the points list.

For Runners, Hoshiko is being added at 2; and Moshing, Devil Charm, Mystic Maemi, Paladin Poemu, Buffer Drive, and Daily Casts are being added at 1.

For Corps, Engram Flush and False Lead are being added at 3; and Vacheron, Gold Farmer, and Cayambe Grid are being added at 2.

Format Overview

The NRO Neo Format is a format built and maintained on NRO in order to support playing with the entire implemented card pool.

You may play cards from System Gateway, Elevation, Downfall, Uprising, The Automata Initiative, Rebellion Without Rehearsal, and Vantage Point with the following restrictions:

Every deck has four (4) points to spend on unlocking powerful cards. Unlocking a card unlocks the full playset for use in your deck.
